Over the years, I sharpened my skills in cafés and restaurants before co-founding Zephyr Café with my business partner, Kristin Furtney.

What began as a beachside idea in Mexico became the first whole-food café in our area, serving up fresh, organic, vegan, and gluten-free fare.

Our vibrant menu drew people in, but it was the welcoming community we built that made Zephyr a beloved local institution.

We sold the café in 2013, but it continues to thrive—proof that great food and great connections never go out of style.
