As a founding board member of Tourism Squamish (established 2009), we played a pivotal role in shaping the organization from its initial designation as a Destination Marketing Organization.

We were instrumental in building its governance structure, defining strategic direction, and launching early initiatives that successfully positioned Squamish as a world-class outdoor recreation and tourism destination in preparation for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.

Collaborating with local government, business, and cultural leaders, we helped lay the foundational groundwork for the organization’s long-term success in strengthening the local economy and elevating Squamish’s profile on provincial, national, and global stages.
